Producers on application
Associate Level 1 (>50 employees) $10,000 per annum
Associate Level 2 (10-50 employees) $6,000 per annum
Associate Level 3 (<10 employees) $2,000 per annum
Affiliate (Individual/ Not for Profit, non voting) $500 per annum
