KELLY CARTER - CHAIRPERSON

Kelly is the Vice President: Legal and Compliance for Gold Fields. She began her legal career in the UK before moving to Perth where she practised as a commercial disputes lawyer for a number of years. Kelly's extensive career in the resources sector includes more than three years as legal counsel for Norilsk Nickel Australia and more than five years at Gold Fields, where she manages the legal and compliance portfolio for the Australian region.

Kelly’s experience extends across the resources cycle, having provided a broad scope of legal services in relation to both operating and non-operating assets. Kelly is a member of Gold Fields’ regional executive, with oversight and responsibility for both operational performance and regional strategy.

STUART JENNER - VICE CHAIRPERSON

Stuart commenced as General Manager for Capability and Culture with Gold Road Resources in 2017. He has over 14 years’ experience in mining and mining services in both operational and executive roles. Stuart has worked in senior and executive ‘People Capability’ roles with Newcrest, Emeco, St Barbara, management consulting providers, as well as serving as an Officer with the Australian Defence Force.

Stuart holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Graduate Diploma of Management in Human Resources, a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, and qualifications in Health and Safety, Performance Psychology and Operational Management. He is also a Non-Executive Director with InteLife, a Fellow with the Australia Institute of Management, and a Senior Organisational and Executive Coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership

PETER COOK

Peter is a geologist and mineral economist with more than 35 years’ of experience in the resource sector, mainly in gold.

He is the Executive Chairman of the Westgold Group, a purely West Australian gold producer and also the Non-executive Chairman of NT focused copper-gold explorer, Castile Resources Limited. He has vast experience covering most facets of the resource sector including, exploration, development, production, gold treasury, corporate, industry group representation and stakeholder engagement.
